HOW WE HELP

We provide our neighbors in need with housing assistance. We help those struggling to remain in their homes by providing assistance with rent or mortgage. We also help those that are homeless, or on the verge of homelessness, by matching their needs to area services.

Housing Assistance

Household Utilities

Some of our neighbors in need are on the verge of having their utilities shut off. We assist with gas, electric, and water bills. This helps our neighbors remain in a safe and healthy environment.

Medical Equipment

Sometimes insurance is not enough, and individuals struggle to get medical equipment they need to survive. We offer assistance in providing these needs.

Matching Resources

We do an intake of each individual and family needs. If we cannot provide assistance, or enough assistance, we assist by matching resources who can.

Driving change one neighbor at a time.

We aim to drive systematic change in our community, and it starts with helping our neighbors who need it most.

Emergency Disaster Relief

Some families have undergone a natural disaster. We provide assistance in many areas for struggling families due to this nature.

A Place to Sleep

Sometimes a family just needs assistance with a place to sleep. We can help by providing assistance with bedding.

Automobile Assistance

When our neighbors in need are struggling with their vehicle to get to work, we can provide assistance with gas cards and some auto repairs. Remaining employed helps individuals, and families, in providing for themselves.
